Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of organizational culture and
Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at PT Mitra Media Bangsa (MMB). This
research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were
collected through in-depth interviews with seven key informants, direct observation of
employee activities, and documentation in the form of internal company documents,
including “Jitu Group Culture”. The results showed that the organizational culture at
PT MMB is reflected in nine main values, namely continuous learning, results
orientation, trust, honesty, fairness, family spirit, openness, and continuous
evaluation. This culture is proven to encourage OCB behavior in the dimensions of
altruism, conscientiousness, and civic virtue. However, there are still obstacles in the
dimensions of courtesy and sportsmanship due to differences in perception, work
pressure, and limited interpersonal communication. This study suggests strengthening
organizational culture through continuous training, open dialogue, and improving the
evaluation and feedback system.
