ANALISIS PENGARUH PELATIHAN, KREATIVITAS DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA UMKM KERUPUK DAUN JATI DI DESA KOWANG KECAMATAN SEMANDING, KABUPATEN TUBAN

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of training, creativity, and work environment on employee performance in MSMEs producing teak leaf crackers in Kowang Village, Semanding District, Tuban Regency. This research employs a quantitative descriptive approach. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, in which all members of the population are included as research samples, consisting of 60 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Creativity has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results show that the R Square value is 0.750 (75%), indicating that the three independent variables—training, creativity, and work environment—are able to explain the dependent variable, namely employee performance. Meanwhile, the remaining 25% of employee performance is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
