Abstract

Risk management in PROPTECH (Property Technology) business planning aims to ensure
security, convenience, and efficiency in the property rental process between prospective
tenants and property owners. Through the application of ISO 31000:2018 principles,
PROPTECH focuses on risk identification, analysis, evaluation, and mitigation, in order
to provide transparent and reliable services. The designed system includes transaction
security through data encryption, two-factor authentication, and real-time transaction
monitoring to minimize the potential for fraud. Evaluation and updating of risk
management is carried out periodically, annually, and every five years, and is reviewed
based on significant incidents, ensuring that risk management remains relevant and
effective in the face of technological developments and regulatory changes.
