Abstract

Thisl research was conducted with lthe title "Thel Influence oflLeadershipl Stylel and Workl Discipline onl lEmployee Performance lat Pizza Hut Delivery in Depok City". The purpose of this research is to determine how much influence Leadership Style and Work Discipline have on Employee Performance at Pizza Hut Delivery in Depok City. Thel data collectionl technique used inl this researchl is research byl distributing lquestionnaires. The method inl this studyl uses quantitative researchl techniques. The lpopulation and lsample determined lare Pizza Hut Delivery employees in Depok City with a total of 96 lrespondents. The resultsl of thisl study indicatel that bothl individually, Leadership Stylel has al positive andl significant leffect on lEmployee Performance. lThe t-value lof 1.998 is greaterl than lthe t-tablel of 1.98 withl a lsignificance value lof Leadership Style of 0.049 smaller than 0.050. Meanwhile, Work Discipline has a significant effect on Employee Performance at Pizza Hut Delivery in Depok City. The t-value of 3.014 is greater than the t-table of 1.98 with a significance value of Work Discipline of l0.003, which isl smaller than l0.050. Based on the coefficient of determination, it is known that the influence of Leadership Style and Work Discipline on Employee Performance is 0.571l (57.1%). lTogether, LeadershiplStyle andl Workl Disciplinel have al lpositive andl significant leffect lon lEmployee Performance lat Pizza Hut Delivery in Depok City. This decision is based on the calculated f value of 27.555 which is greater than the f table of 3.09 with a significance value of 0.000 which is less than 0.050.
