This study aims to determine the influence of work discipline, incentives, and work skills on the performance of employees of Permata Cibubur Hospital. This study uses a quantitative research method. The number of samples used was 100 respondents with convenience sampling techniques. The instrument test technique used is a validity and reliability test. The analysis techniques used were descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression test, t-test, F-test, and determination coefficient test. The results of the study showed that work discipline showed a significance of 0.000 or less than 0.05 so that it showed a significant influence on employee performance. The incentive variable showed a significance of 0.401 or more than 0.05 so that it showed no significant influence on employee performance. The regression coefficient of the job training variable showed a significance of 0.425 or more than 0.05 so that it showed the absence of a significant influence
