PENGARUH PENGEMBANGAN KARIR, BEBAN KERJA, KOMUNIKASI DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN SECURITY AIRPORT ADI SOEMARMO KABUPATEN BOYOLALI

Abstract

This study aims to know the effect of career development, workload, communication and work stress on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. This research is quantitative research.   The research population of Adi Soemarmo Airport security employees totalled 80 employees and all of them became research samples with the census technique. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistics, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that career development has a significant effect on the performance of Adi Soemarmo Airport security employees in Boyolali Regency. Workload has a significant effect on the performance of Adi Soemarmo Airport security employees in Boyolali Regency. Communication has a significant effect on the performance of Adi Soemarmo Airport security employees in Boyolali Regency. Job stress has a significant effect on the performance of security employees of Adi Soemarmo Airport Boyolali Regency. Career development, workload, communication and work stress have a significant effect on the performance of Adi Soemarmo Airport security employees in Boyolali Regency simultaneously.
