MODEL KERANGKA KONSEPTUAL: STRATEGI PENINGKATAN KINERJA PEGAWAI APARATUR SIPIL NEGARA (ASN)

This article aims to develop a conceptual framework model to explain the causal
relationship between organizational commitment, organizational culture, work
environment, job satisfaction and compensation with employee performance. ASN
Employee Performance Improvement Strategy by considering job satisfaction as a
mediating variable and compensation as a moderating variable. The development of the
conceptual framework model uses a literature study method supported by empirical
findings. The conceptual framework model developed is expected to be used as a
leadership policy and can be applied as a strategy to improve ASN employee
performance in all public sector organizational agencies. The results of this study are
expected to contribute knowledge to academics regarding the influence of organizational
commitment, organizational culture, work environment, and job satisfaction on employee
performance, and can add additional information for other studies conducted in the
future. By considering contingency factors that also affect ASN employee performance.
For researchers, it is highly recommended to develop this research framework model by
including other antecedents that are in accordance with the observed phenomena in the
field.
